This Convention shall not apply to exclusive choice agreements of a court - Custody referred to in point (a) may be created, inter alia, by law or on the basis of a judicial or administrative decision, or an agreement having legal effect under the law of that State. 1. Adoption certified by the competent authority of the adopted State as having been carried out in accordance with the Convention shall be recognized by law in the other States Parties. The certificate shall indicate when and by whom the agreements referred to in Article 17(c) were concluded. (a) in the State Party that made the declaration; (b) in other Contracting States where an exclusive jurisdictional agreement designates the courts or one or more specific courts of the State which made the declaration. This Convention shall apply in international affairs to exclusive jurisdictional agreements concluded in civil or commercial matters. 2. .
